SSC CGL 2017 Scam Registered in CBI
Dear All,
Now the case is formally registered in CBI i.e FIR is registered. Law is set into motion when FIR is registered and courts starts playing their own role hereafter.

You might ask what is new in this when CBI started probing long back. What you heard earlier is called preliminary enquiry (PE) i.e CBI verifies if the allegation is genuine or it was cooked-up by some antisocial elements to stop the exam process. PE (= Rigorous Complaint Verification) is purely internal process and no role of courts and you can't know the status until FIR is formally registered. If no proper grounds or prima facie evidences are found on any allegation, CBI closes the PE then and there without recommending it for registration of FIR.

By mistake i had applied twice SSC CGL 2018, because first time the payment was interrupted, i thought to apply again, now both forms are accepted. It is mentioned in SSC notification that " If a candidate submits multiple applications and appears in the examination (at any stage) more than once, his/ her candidature will be cancelled and he/ she will be debarred from the examinations of the Commission for three years."

Moreover, i am getting into the swing of things of CBI and hence finding less time to spend here. However, i would definitely write an article if i think that it is to shared with others.
