In the year 2012, there were different cutoffs for different states in each category. State-wise opting was removed from 2013 afterwards. To make 2012 data at par with 2013 and later data, weighted average is taken and provided in the table below for 2012. The approach used for arriving at the values of 2012 is perfectly alright.
